Terms and Conditions

of Stellarvision-Media, Cyprus


Effective: 04. June, 2025


§ 1, Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts for the production and delivery of video, photo, and multimedia content between Stellarvision-Media (hereinafter referred to as "the Agency") and its clients (hereinafter referred to as "the Client"). Any differing terms and conditions from the Client will not be recognized unless expressly agreed upon in writing by the Agency.


§ 2, Services Provided

The Agency offers the following services:
- Production of commercials and advertising clips for social media
- Creation of corporate image films and presentations
- Development of media content for advertising campaigns and online platforms
- Other video-based media and communication services

The exact scope of services shall be defined in the individual offer or project description agreed upon with the Client.


§ 3, Conclusion of Contract

A contract is considered concluded upon the Client’s written acceptance of the offer (e.g., by email) or through other agreed-upon confirmation of services. All offers by the Agency are non-binding until confirmed.


§ 4, Compensation and Payment Terms

1. Compensation is based on the respective project offer or the price list published at https://stellarvision-media.com.

. Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due as follows:
- 50% upon commissioning (advance payment)
- 50% upon project completion, prior to delivery of final content
3. All prices are quoted net of applicable taxes in accordance with Cypriot tax regulations.

All prices and quotations provided are exclusive of VAT and shall be subject to the applicable rate of Cypriot Value Added Tax (VAT) at the time of invoicing.


§ 5, Usage Rights and Copyright

1. All copyrights to the delivered content remain with the Agency.
2. Upon full payment, the Client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, unlimited right of use for the agreed purposes (e.g., publishing on social media, websites, presentations).
3. Any further use, alteration, or transfer of content beyond the agreed scope requires the prior written consent of the Agency.
4. The Agency reserves the right to use the produced content for its own promotional purposes (e.g., website portfolio, showreels), unless the Client explicitly objects in writing.


§ 6, Client Obligations

The Client shall provide all necessary materials (e.g., texts, logos, access credentials) in a timely manner to enable the project to proceed. Delays caused by the Client’s failure to cooperate will extend agreed deadlines accordingly.


§ 7, Liability

1. The Agency is only liable for damages resulting from intentional or grossly negligent breaches of duty.
2. The Agency assumes no liability for content provided by the Client. The Client confirms that they hold all necessary rights to the materials supplied.
3. The Agency is not responsible for restrictions or content removals caused by third-party platforms (e.g., YouTube, Meta, TikTok).


§ 8, Data Protection

The Agency processes personal data solely for the purpose of fulfilling the contract and in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable Cypriot data protection laws. For details, please refer to the Agency’s Privacy Policy.


§ 9, Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary or sensitive information exchanged during and after the contractual relationship, unless legally required to disclose such information.


§ 10, Term and Termination

1. The contract ends upon full performance of the agreed services.
2. Early termination is only permitted for just cause. Any services already rendered must be paid in full, regardless of contract cancellation.


§ 11, Final Provisions

1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus.
2. The place of jurisdiction, where legally permissible, is the registered office of the Agency.
3. Should any individual clause of these Terms prove invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
